The villa is a modern self contained property offering every convenience. Inside, there are no stairs to overcome, all rooms are contained within the one ground floor.

The villa comfortably sleeps six people (two double bedroom with air conditioning and one twins), with a bathroom containing twin basins, NEW walking shower and two individually housed toilets.

It has a spacious newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with utility room (including washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, etc...) and large sitting room with open fireplace and air-conditioning (including TV with UK channels, English DVDs & books, Board games, X-box, CD player and children toys).

There are two sets of French doors which open onto the terrace and garden.

Garden : The private south facing garden is fully fenced, so no over looking neighbours and well maintained with swimming pool (including safety cover) and also includes a BBQ, tables and chairs and 6 sunbeds.

For peace of mind, there is also secure off road parking for up to 3 vehicles in garden.
